1. Building Improvement Supervisor
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering
- Have a minimum of 4 years experience in the filed of Building Facility, especially Mall, Retail
- Understand design, project management, budget (RAB), building structure, building materials and time schedule
- Able to apply Sketchup, AutoCDA, Rendering and Photoshop
2. Maintenance WTP Staff
Qualifications :
- Age, 23-25 years old
- Minimum Education High School/Equivalent, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Have experience as a Maintenance Crew in a Water Treatment Plant (clean water treatment Plant (clean water treatment)/WTP Operator
- Have knowledge for preparing distribution networks and electrical panels in Water Treatment Plants
- High integrity at work
3. Operation Supervisor (Retail)
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree any field
- Required skill(s) : building facilities, housekeeping operations, Security & Parking Operations
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the field is required for this position
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Utara
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinators specializing in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent
- Full-time position(s) available
- Having excellent Leadership Skills, problem Solving skills, Service Oriented Person & Good analytical skill
- Experience in handling Mall or Retail or Building Management Operation
4. Operator Water Treatment Plant (WTP)
Qualifications :
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Minimum education SMA Pure Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Biochemistry
- Not currently in lecture activities
- Have experience as a Chemistry Laboratory Assistant at least 1 year
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to work shift hours
5. Secretary Supervisor
Qualifications :
- Maximum age 30 years old
- At least graduates from Diploma Degree from well-know Secretarial Academy/Accounting/Public Relations
- Experienced as Executive Secretary/Secretary to Director for at least 3 years
- Excellent in English communications (spoken and written)
- Willing to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
