Sales Representative PWS

Responsibility :

• Identify customer needs and opportunity for value added to customer, negotiate sales term, conduct selling process
• Maintain prospect customers, conduct research on customer business, visit the customer.
• Handle customer complaint, identify customer problems, forward the problem to related party, present at customer premises during problem shooting or product delivery
• Assess customer credit, identify customer financial procedure, monitor collection process and receivables.
• Collect market and competitor information, prepare call and transaction reports.
• Develop strategy to cover his/her territory.

Requirement :

• All Major Min Diploma's Degree ( D3 ), preferably Electric & Mechanical Engineering 
• Preferably has 1 (one) year working experience as Salesman, however fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Warehouseman

Responsibilities:

• Check package condition & items quantity, ensure stock orders received properly by ensuring the quantity and quality of parts, check any discrepancy/damage of stock order/transfer, receiving customer & service dept return as per PDP, put parts to the right Bin (Binning) and fill bin change form for no loc part
• Collect parts from stock locations to fill orders, prepare filled parts orders for shipment (including inter-branch transfers), supplying transit parts to end destination
• Count parts in bin locations to verify inventory records by conducting daily stock check, bin count listing and inventory stock check yearly), apply necessary protection to stock (such as put small parts in plastics and wrapping for bigger parts/components), ensure security of items stocked in warehouse

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering & Machine Engineering
• Fresh graduate, but preferable 3-months experience in warehouse
• Basic English and MS Office

Analyst Technology

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all data input into system minestar accurate, communication with daily ops for the status equipment well managed,target availability system achieved and recording performance.
• Ensure all presentation process to get feedback form other side, TSC Completion and Number CER raised & monitor in timely manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma 3/S1, majoring in Mechatronic Engineering/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering
• Has knowledge computer literacyold
• Familiar with Network infrastructure (design & troubleshooting) Micro Controller, OS Linux (Ubuntu), and Microsoft Server (installation, maintenance & troubleshooting)
• Excellent command in English

Assistant PS Sales Administration

• Business Knowledge : Understand the improvement of Heavy Equipment Technology in the world and its supply chain and customer service
• Fluent in English
• Understanding Ms. Office
